Plain-language summary: We are a technology platform for diplomatic and consular posts. We collect the information you give us to operate your account and profile. We use a small number of third-party services (Google, Amazon) that may process data on servers in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, you have specific rights over your data, which are described below. We do not sell your data.
The Foreign Service Network ("FSN", "we", "us", "our") is a private technology platform that provides digital infrastructure to honorary consulates, consulates, and diplomatic posts. FSN is not a government agency or official diplomatic body.
This policy applies to all FSN platform services, including the member console, post websites powered by FSN, the global directory, and the marketplace.
We do not currently purchase or receive personal data from data brokers or third-party sources.

FSN uses a number of third-party services to operate the platform. Some of these may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States. By using FSN services, you acknowledge this international data transfer.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
FSN is a professional platform for diplomatic and consular personnel. It is not directed at individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active members of material changes by email or by prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of FSN after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
